I cannot say enough about Gregorio. Two years ago in May I came down to Cabo and decided I wanted to move here. Within a week he helped me find a furnished home and basically bent over backwards for me. I returned to Portland, OR to sell my house and furniture. He facilitated everything I needed and wanted. On August 8th I was picking up my keys and moving in. Not only did he make everything go smoothly he was constantly in contact with me during the move. Helping me with all the visa, FMM requirements and keeping me in contact with all that was going on. He lent me a car, before I was able to purchase one, which I used to make final preparations once I got down here prior to closing. He even helped with finding a car with emails and specs before I got down to Cabo. I was extremely lucky to find Gregorio as he went over and above what one would expect of a Cabo real estate agent.
