There are many variations of Condos for sale at Hacienda Beach Club, The Detached Villa Homes in Phase 1 are located right on Medano Beach these are all 4 bedroom beach front Villas with a similar floor plan and all include their own private pool, spa and Golf Cart. Some of these units are reverse floor plans and a few have been expanded in size.
There are a few different variations of floor plans in the phase 2 Beach Front Villa’s that range from 4 to 7 bedrooms and currently start just under 8 million dollars and go over eleven million for the largest currently available home.

To round out the Spa and Gym area there is a boutique with some very unique items for sale that are sure to get the ladies attention.
There is a wonderful Ocean Front restaurant called Hacienda Cocina y Cantina that serves Steak, Lobster, Seafood and many Mexican Dishes. Inside the restaurant there is a bar with live music 5 nights a week. Located adjacent to the pool, they have seating above and also on the beach.

The residences are set in 5 buildings in the original Hacienda, with 16 beach front villa’s for a total of 109 units in the first phase. There are a mix of 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 4 bedroom units. These are done with beams, granite counters, terraces and either Saltillo tile floors or . The second phase has 2 buildings that are for residences and a site that they will be building a 1homes hotel with farm to table restaurant and a garden to pick fresh fruits and vegetables from.
Located right on Medano Beach and just steps from the Cabo San Lucas Marina with many restaurants and a large shopping mall with Luxury Avenue that features high end luxury boutique stores.
