COVID REQUIREMENTS WHEN TRAVELING FROM LOS CABOS TO THE UNITED STATES STARTING JANUARY 26
There is a lot of misinformation out there regarding the requirements for a Covid 19 test when traveling from Cabo San Lucas back to the United States. First of all there are sources saying that travelers will be required to do a PCR test which takes longer and cost 5 to 10 times the cost of the Antigen test. This is in fact not true, the antigen test is acceptable and the cost ranges from thirty to fifty dollars american.
There is a plan to install the antigen test kiosks in tourist areas and resort areas for easy access to these tests for travelers. These will hopefully be in place by January 26. There is also the option of going to a clinic, hospital or doctors office to get the test. A short uber ride at worst is all you will need.
