We will show our appreciation by offering a percentage of any commission that our company receives from your referral. The client you referred must complete the transaction and we must receive commission for eligible incentives to be paid out. Should we already be working with a client that you refer we will notify you immediately and provide proof that we were working with them prior to your referral to our company.
Referrals:
We usually pay out referrals in Cash.
Cash Payment: Receive a cash payment refferal fee based on the value of the closed purchase transaction. The higher the purchase amount, the larger the cash payment will be.
How it Works? You send us referral’s contact information and we send referral agreement. you then give them our information and have them contact us or you ask us to contact them.
Terms and Conditions:
Referrals must be new potential purchasers who have not previously been in contact with Own In Cabo.
Payment will be payed upon the successful closing of the referred contact’s real estate transaction in Cabo.
The referral program is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
