Prior to relocating to Los Cabos, he was involved in the development of custom homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, bringing a developer’s mindset and construction expertise that continues to benefit his clients today.

Patrick successfully negotiated bank-owned acquisitions including 18 units at El Cielito and four units at One Medano on Medano Beach, completed through two separate transactions—demonstrating strong market insight and sophisticated negotiation expertise.

Today, Patrick oversees Own In Cabo Real Estate offices in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, where he and his team specialize in many of the region’s most prestigious luxury communities. Patrick’s areas of expertise include Chileno Bay (Discovery Land Company), Maravilla, Querencia, Puerto Los Cabos, Quivira, Diamante, Pedregal, Palmilla, Villas Del Mar, and Las Ventanas.

Over the years, Patrick has lived in, owned property in, and developed homes within several of these communities, giving him firsthand insight into the lifestyle, amenities, design standards, and long-term value that each neighborhood offers.

Patrick also remains actively involved in development throughout the region. He is currently leading the development of 39 luxury residences in Quivira, directly adjacent to the St. Regis Residences, on behalf of an investor group—continuing his commitment to shaping the next generation of luxury living in Los Cabos.
