Originally from Puerto Rico, Evy has a college degree in Customer Services. She started at the early age of 22 in the Hotel Industry in the Guest Services Division; Promoted nearly six months later as Director of Guest Services for the next 10 years. 

This knowledge coupled with her undergraduate degree in Physical Education & Fitness-teaching has provided her over the years with valuable people-skills that she has incorporated in daily clients-assessment; educating homebuyers and sellers, negotiations, and effectively marketing her and own inventory as well as the teams.  

Evy has been living in Cabo San Lucas, Baja, for 28yrs, and a Real estate Advisor for the last 10yrs. Being part of the extraordinary growth of Los Cabos, makes Evy a great connoisseur of the region, therefore, helping an excellent ambassador in Real Estate. Her clients often describe her as personable & Dynamic, caring & detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. 

After living for many years in the unique desert-like beauty of Baja, she enjoys spending time on outdoor activities; and traveling. She actively supports several great non-profit organizations mainly oriented to help animals, victims of abuse and abandonment; she is the owner of two beautiful rescues herself.
